Contributing to the technical and creative launch of Ivey Online — a flagship executive education platform reaching senior business leaders worldwide.
The Brief
Ivey Business School — one of Canada’s top-ranked business schools — launched Ivey Online as a flagship platform for executive education. The goal: world-class cohort and self-paced courses for senior business leaders, built with the same rigour as Ivey’s in-person programs.
I joined the team at the start of the launch phase as a Learning Experience Specialist, owning the multimedia and technical production pipeline across the platform.
What I Do
- Heavy graphic design across all course materials — slide decks, workbooks, visual frameworks, and branded assets produced at high volume
- Video production for course content — scripting, directing, editing, and delivering polished educational video for executive audiences
- Course architecture and instructional design within Canvas LMS and Uplimit — building the structures that learners move through
- AI avatar creation using HeyGen — producing realistic presenter videos that scale content delivery without re-shooting
- AI-powered roleplay simulations built directly into the LMS — interactive learning scenarios for executive decision-making practice
- End-to-end ownership of multiple courses from brief through live delivery
